Great service no complaints here

I purchased a Freelander 2 from here and it developed a problem. The AA were not helpful and just gave me a report of several items that were wrong. Steve asked me to bring the car back and diagnosed a split hose! I was back on the road within 15 min, if that, and could not ask for a greater service. I would recommend Freeway to anyone who needs a car.

We cannot recommend this company enough! We purchased a vehicle from Michael and the customer service was the best experience we’ve ever had. They dropped the vehicle off to our house and it was immaculate. Runs like a dream and I can without a doubt say, they are 100% better than any other dealership. I had the exact same car from Vauxhall a few years ago and had nothing but problems with it. This car is amazing and runs perfectly. They even service and MOT vehicles, which they collect and then bring the vehicle back you your house. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Thanks Michael and his team.

Purchased my car on the Monday and it was serviced and MOT'd ready to pick up on the Thursday. Couple of issues with the new car which was rectified perfectly within a week. Nice and friendly staff. not pushy, you look at the cars and when you have found the one you want just ask for the keys and they leave you alone for you to decide. They also give you around 25 miles to change your mind as test drives not available at this moment in time. Would definitely recommend them to anybody. You will not be disappointed..

Highly recommend Went and looked at the car I purchased - no hard sales.. just informative and relaxed..took out the warranty due to peace of mind over the next two years!.. had a leak in the car due to a blocked back screen washer - took the car back it was dealt with there and then and fixed the issue!... Great service and aftercare.. so much so my son also purchased a car too, I was given the recommendation from a work colleague & I will recommend here for the future! Great service Freeway!..
